Use the form below to order either Pre-Designed Labels or Custom Designed Labels.  If you do not specify the number of sheets for each selection you choose, we will send one sheet each.

1. Submit the order form
2. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days with total cost of order and payment options.
3. Complete payment for your order.
4. If you ordered custom labels, you will receive a sample to review in 1-2 business days.
5. Your order will then be printed and shipped usually within 3-4 business days.

Printing and/or design will not start until full payment has been received, after payment it can be up to 3-4 business days before completion and shipping. Once shipped you will be sent a tracking number, all shipping is via USPS mail.

If you have a business logo that you want added to the labels, you must provide a print ready vector format of your logo. Any extra design work that must be done on your logo will incur extra costs.

Custom label quotes allow for “ONE” re-design if you are not satisfied, so please make sure you describe everything you are expecting when you order. Any additional re-redesigns will incur a $20 charge for each time thereafter. this includes changing text, format, colors, graphics, add/removing items

Please remember to check your email, we will send you the quote and any questions that we have to the email address that you provide. If we do not hear back from you within 72 hours the order will automatically be cancelled.

If you order labels, and do not pay within 72 hours of being sent a payment request, no future orders will be accepted. Please make sure that you are serious about getting labels before your order. If an issue arrives and you cannot pay, please let us know, we will work with you.

If you need both pre-designed labels printed and some custom labels, please do a separate order form for each.

We do not do labels for ANABOLICS or SARMS. No Exceptions!
